Shipping Policy 

Our second favourite thing after making burgers is sending you cool stuff and unfortunately, it won’t ship itself. So, our awesome third-party logistics partners will pack it up, ship it out and do their best to get it to your doorstep as quickly as possible. 

Orders are usually dispatched the same day, because nobody likes waiting longer than they have to. Just keep in mind that weekends, public holidays and busy courier periods can slow things down a little. We'll always do everything we can to get your gear on the road fast. 

Shipping

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 4–10 business days. We ship Monday to Friday, so weekend orders will head out on the next business day.

If there's a rush on, things might take a little longer than usual. If your order is facing a bigger delay, we'll flick you an email to keep you in the loop.

Incorrect Shipping Details 

Give your shipping address a quick once-over before you hit checkout. We'd much rather send your new BurgerFuel gear to you than wherever autocorrect decided you live.

We pack orders fast, so if you've spotted a mistake, get in touch ASAP and we'll do our best to fix it before your order leaves the building.

If your order comes back to us because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, it may be subject to a restocking fee before it can be sent out again.

Lost/Stolen Packages

BurgerFuel Parts & Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, we recommend checking around your property, with your neighbours, or contacting the courier directly. If you still can't locate it and believe it may have been stolen, you may also wish to report it to your local authorities. 

Out of Stock Items

Every now and then, an item might pop off and be more popular than we expected.

If your order includes an item that's temporarily out of stock, we'll hold your order and dispatch everything together once it's all available. If there's likely to be a longer delay, we'll get in touch to let you know.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they arrive in the destination country.

Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are set by the destination country's customs authority. Unfortunately, these charges are outside our control.
